TFK KICKBOXING PROGRAMS
Offering classes 7 days a week with 2 studios and open gym times for when you want to come work out on your own time!
Our trainers will teach you the fundamentals of Kickboxing all while burning calories, having fun and toning muscle.
We offer Personal Training for those members who are getting results but need a little more one on one with an instructor to fine tune their workout.
Private Group Sessions
Do you have a friend or maybe 3 that want to work out with you? How about some coworkers or employees? We offer semi private training for small groups & Corporate plans!
Not only do we offer a kids program that runs at the same time as our women’s classes, we also offer mom and me classes!
